An age-friendly community supports active ageing by providing services and opportunities to keep seniors healthy, independent and integrated in society, such as through social and recreational activities, voluntary work and paid employment.

This pamphlet covers the information on friendly employment practices and benefits for hiring mature persons, points to note regarding employees’ retirement age, employees’ compensation insurance and MPF contributions, as well as case sharing of entreprises taking the lead to hire mature persons.
