“Age-friendly Port” is an online resource platform developed under the Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project, which is initiated and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. It provides useful resources of all kinds on age-friendly city for the elderly, members of the community and different stakeholders to spur collaboration and advancement in building Hong Kong into an age-friendly city which can cater for the needs of all ages.
