As part of the Jockey Club Age-friendly City Project, the Charter for Age-friendly Shopping Malls<\/a> was launched in 2022. Under the theme of \u201cCreating an age-friendly and inclusive shopping environment and experience for all\u201d, the Charter is set to encourage shopping malls to provide visitors with a convenient and barrier-free environment, as well as deliver quality and professional services through better attending to the needs of visitors at all ages. The video and booklet introduce the criteria of an age-friendly shopping mall and good practices of age-friendly malls in Hong Kong and other cities.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
